We use a Heat Scale ranging from 1 to 10+, often referencing Scoville Heat Units. Our 'Extreme' category features sauces made with Carolina Reapers and Ghost Peppers for those who can handle the heat.
Do I need to refrigerate my hot sauce after opening?
Most of our sauces are shelf-stable due to their acidity, but we highly recommend refrigeration after opening to preserve the optimal flavor, color, and potency of the peppers.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
